Defective or Damaged Products

If your Clean Carts product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product. We will review your claim and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless they are defective. All sales of properly functioning products are final.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product or an incomplete order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details. We will ship the correct items at no additional cost.
